Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Our Company seeks a Full Time experienced Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant; qualified candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, office environment.

Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in BOTH Spanish and English.
Must live close! Kendall Area.
Must have strong computer skills. Great advanced computer skills are a plus! (Office Word & Excel)
Must be able to follow through on any pending items
Must have great customer service and follow up skills
Insurance Knowledge a plus.

Duties are as follows but not limited to:
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Scheduling Trips (Flights, Hotels, Appointments)
Administration of Appointments. General administrative and clerical support(Such as making copies, faxing/Scanning documentation and other duties) Receive and Sort mail as well as Send documentation via UPS/Regular Mail. Do all clerical work as assigned.
As well as different administrative duties.
Applicants must be detail oriented, organized and neat. Send resume and cover letter.
